New Cocktail Ring

This is one of five cocktail rings which the hubby got for me from our recent trip to Portugal and Spain this October 2009. We got it from the Poble Español at Barcelona. It's made from glass produced from the same process used to make Murano pieces. I love it! Since I'm partial to very plain casual clothing (I usually keep away from prints and go for the reliable solids.), unique cocktail rings are the perfect foil to the blank canvas.

Finally, a close up of my fave watch of the moment. I mentioned at an earlier blog how this was one of two watches that I appropriated for myself from the hubby's collection. Isn't it to-die-for? It's an Omega chrono. The ring on my pinkie finger is an Eternity which was a gift from the hubby on our 2nd year wedding anniversary. He totally surprised me with it. He memorized my ring size by measuring an existing pinkie ring of mine on the first bone digit of his pinkie finger. So sweet. I wear this ring everyday to remind myself how lucky I am to have snatched him for myself. I think wearing jewelry which mean something are the best way to go. What do you think?
